Have an open heart and mind and just see where things can take you. I think you will be very surprised.

FAST FACTS ABOUT  COURTNEY WOLF of INVISION EVENTS

What’s your favorite tool in business? I use Trello, which is a task management tool. It’s like my virtual to-do list and I live and die by it. I don’t even look at my Google calendar. I look at my Trello.

What’s your favorite post-wedding or event snack? I like chicken fingers at weddings. I also like a good piece of wedding cake. I’ll never really eat cake at the wedding, but many times I will take it home. And by the time  I’ve gotten home and crash and put my feet up, it’s a good treat.

What’s your favorite wedding/creative pump-up jam? I either like to ride in silence because I’m in this zone and focusing or I’ll listen to older music.I do love Whitney Houston, she just always pumps me up before a wedding.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of your business? I just like to take it easy and chill at home. I almost consider myself a homebody. I’m not huge into baking or cooking, but I do like making things around the house and like having a drink on the back porch or just taking the dog for a walk.

I do enjoy running to the store. I’ll just have a random idea of, “oh, let’s make homemade enchiladas tonight” and just run to the store out of the blue and I’ll get the ingredients and come home and make enchiladas.

What’s the best education you’ve gotten?

I’m going to say Maria Bayer with Irresistible Selling, and Valerie Gernhauser. She’s now got an educational brand called I am Valerie greenhouse, and she’s got a price for profit course. Both of those women are inspirations to me.

I’m very fond of both of those women. They’re powerhouses. I learned a lot about sales from Maria. I’ve learned a lot of just how to structure a planning business properly from Valerie.

What is one daring leap you’ve taken in your business?

Can I say going on a six to nine month maternity leave? It’s a little scary. I’m due in August. I’m going to start maternity leave in July and I don’t yet know when I’ll come back, but it’s probably going to be sometime in Q 1 20 22 or, um, maybe mid. I don’t know, I haven’t decided just yet, but, um, don’t freak out. I’m not going anywhere from

What is one thing you feel like you’re really great at in your business?

I feel like I’m really great at relating to other people. No matter what type of industry you’re in or what you’re disciplined within this industry may be, I find it easy and enjoyable to relate to my clients and make them feel comfortable.

Then the same thing kind of happened in my education and coaching world role. I feel like I’m able to again, make people feel comfortable and relate to them. And then through that, I’m able to help them achieve the best version of themselves and help them achieve their goals and kind of kick their booty into shape and that sort of thing.
