More is not always better. Sometimes it’s just more, and I think that that’s something as you are working on those accolades and thinking about what’s next in your career. Really stop and think about the things that are currently bringing you joy and then do everything possible to maximize those efforts and focus those efforts. Because you’ve likely got something in your life that’s really working well for your business and just honing in on that and putting all of your focus on that.

What do you shoot with?
I shoot with a Pentax 645 for film and Sony A7iii with the 50mm 1.4
What’s your favorite post-wedding or event snack?
I’m really one for a good cheese plate. Sometimes we will go to Whole Foods before a wedding weekend and stock up the fridge and I love that. But you know, I can also be game for Cheez-Its.
What’s your favorite wedding/creative pump up jam?
I don’t love a pump up type vibe. I want to calm down. But you’ll laugh at this, my go to is the Moana soundtrack.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of your business?
I am so into working on my house. I love interior design, and I’m constantly thinking of little projects to do within my space.
What is one daring the leap you’ve taken in your business?
Moving to Italy was probably my biggest leap. Just sort of deciding I’m going to hit the road and move abroad. But maybe even bigger was the move back home because it was a new market to sink my teeth into.
What is one thing you feel like you’re really great at in your business?
I am a great stylist and that has served me beyond measure with my photography.

Do you have any special announcements / offers for our listeners?
I had been actually working on some education components, prior to quarantine and, and this has been a good time to hone in on those and sort of refocus. Definitely lookout for a few announcements from me in the coming future. My focus is really on the education side, I’m very much interested in a portfolio review and I get a lot of joy out of helping younger photographers, newer photographers who are just trying to hone in on their visual style and their craft and how to really make that cohesive and consistent.
