ERICA ESTRADA DARES YOU
Question your intentions in wanting to diversify the industry. Go through your list of followers and following, And internally without anyone else, knowing how can you look to diversity by your own community, silently, and doing it again with the right intentions.
My next dare is to do something in your business that scares you, whether it’s raising your prices, if the time is right. Reaching out to that someone that you have admired or wanting to just let them know that, “Hey, I admire your work. It’s great”. Send them that email, DM them and say, hi.

What’s your favorite tool in business? PowerPoint. I love PowerPoint.One day, I’m going to learn one of those fancy Photoshop programs, but I’m not there yet.
What’s your favorite post-wedding snack?: In N Out all-day.
What’s your favorite pump-up jam: I love the 90’s. R&B is my go-to.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of your business? I love writing and I love my Peloton.
What is one daring the leap you’ve taken in your business? I recently raised my prices, which I was so scared about. Which we all experience when we raise our prices, But, in terms of the experience and the quality of service that my clients were getting, it was time and I no longer offer money coordination or partial planning. That was big for me.
What is one thing you feel like you’re really great at in your business? I am great at making relationships with people. I love people. I feel like the relationships that I have been fortunate enough to make from when I first launched to even, people that I meet and talk to even now, I have just been so incredibly blessed.
